What we collect
When you submit a request we collect: your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, country, city, shipping address, the product links you send, and any notes you add. That's it — we do not collect payment card details (payments happen through third-party invoice providers), and we do not use advertising trackers.
Why we collect it
Solely to operate the service: quoting your request, contacting you about it, purchasing your items, addressing your shipment, and complying with customs documentation requirements.
Who we share it with
Only with parties needed to deliver your order: shipping carriers (name, address, phone for the shipping label and customs forms) and our email provider (to send you confirmations). We never sell your data and never share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
Request data is kept for up to 24 months after your last order for warranty claims, disputes, and tax records, then deleted. You can request deletion sooner at any time (see below) — we honor deletion requests within 30 days, except records we're legally required to retain.
How it's protected
Data is stored in a database with row-level security and encryption in transit and at rest. Access is limited to the service owner. This site is served exclusively over HTTPS.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time by emailing requests@maxshoppingtheusa.com from the address you used on your request.
